Makes you wonder how well Hegseth and Vance get along.
Maybe the Pope should stop being so pious and trying to preach to everybody about what being a good Christian is? Show a bit more love and support for his president like a good American?Until the Pope stops disrespecting Trump, the Catholics will continue to be Trumpexorcised…
Vance - the former Marine - seems to have been super quiet on Iran. I wonder if he’s been tactically distancing himself and his political profile from the war.

I was more wondering about their comparative religious affiliations. Hegseth is reportedly an adherent of the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches. The CREC is heavy into Christian Nationalism. While not aligned with the SBC, they are both evangenical and rely on a literal interpretation of the bible.
Vance is apparently a fairly recent Catholic.
