VAC GER claims

I am trying to get in touch with a vet who successfully won there case with VAC with the medical condition of Gastroesophageal reflux (GER) or acid reflux, it is listed on the VAC forms as an accepted medical condition.
I was turned down the first time, with no explanation. looking for any advise on wording ect, I have the medical history to back it up, any help is appreciated.

If you were turned down recently, appeal the decision. Even if you don't win the appeal, you'll find out how they came to their decision. You can then take that into consideration when you refile.
