what webbing is this

I am curious to what webbing is this.Is it canadian?

Its a chest rig the guy bought from a gear sitelike blackhawk, lightfigher or something.

My best guess (after looking for 10 minutes and based on the pouches) is a modular rig from Eagle.

The area locally sold rig at the Kandahar PX.  A lot of the guys have them -

Not modular and not great -- but better than the POS TV.
I looked one over yesterday and the guy who had it had onyl had it a few weeks and the stiching looked like it would not last another 5 months.

Which is why you should buy your gear from a company that is proven, not some fly by night company.  Ice Tactical, Tactical Tailor, Paraclete, etc etc is what you want.
