Anyone have an indication when the pay raise back pay will hit? Announced Aug 8th and 4 paydays since still no real indication when exactly it's supposed to land. I mean, my money has been on a November (Mid or End) drop as most likely, but I'd have thought there would have been some more indication by this point than just the original "before the end of 2025" mentioned back in August

Cheerz!

There is, apparently, a lot of back end work to a pay raise of the type announced by the MND, including the back and forth with Treasury Boards.

CCPS has planned outages for 8-13th Oct and 22-27th Oct, so if they can get all the work done, we could possibly see it as early mid Nov.

But I'll still say 31 March to be safe..
That has been changed. CCPS will not be off-line October 8-13, 2025 and is planned to be taken off-line for dedicated system processing on October 22-27, 2025. November is the date kicked around for the pay and Dec for the yearly thanks for staying in. All subject to change of course.

Immediate 20% pay raise sure has different meanings to different people. ;)

Anyone who has ever worked on getting TB approvals and knows the usual timelines would say that this is remarkably fast.

Are there areas for improvement? Definitely.

Is there a date yet ?
A fine question.

Those working the file probably are constrained from making any public announcements.

But I have heard that it is actively, daily, tracked by the Chief of Military Personnel.

There's a lot of heat and light, and senior leadership is working and pushing hard.

So no.

So how can we call this remarkably fast ?

Look I'm not starving for this cash but like I said before an immediate 20% pay raise means different things to different people. Not to mention the rest of the benefits have apparently been put off until the turn of the FY, maybe later.
