I knew a guy who put dumbells into ruck for the BFT, then he was going around feeling the weight of everyone else' ruck and calling them pussies for having a lighter ruck.  He demonstrated epic fail at about 2.5km in when he decided the extra weight wasn't very manly after all and had to get someone else to carry his ruck.

He was a wierd guy.  I heard that during his BMQ, he was in the showers comparing the size of everyone's junk, not realizing how deformed his was compared to the rest of humanity.  He earned himself the nickname Ant-eater, though he never clued in people were talking about him when the name was used.  Anyway, he left our unit last year and joined the Westies.
