CAN-led MN Bde (formerly eFP BG) Latvia Megathread

Honestly that is pretty odd, I know based on my own cross Atlantic and Pacific flights, one tends to get a ground meal (or two) as well as the ones on the flight. Food on planes even in business class aren't exactly heavy on portion sizes.

In my experience they don't include air craft meals in claims. Since none of the domestics offer them anymore its jusr not a thing. Now hotel breakfasts on the other hand

Oh I remember a few fights about hotel breakfasts when the Breakfast didn't open till after one had to have been somewhere.

When I was at the JPSU hotel “breakfasts “ were found to be wanting and we could claim breakfast.

It would be nice if you could just upload them straight into Claims X instead of taking your claim saving it as a PDF and emailing your section 34 with the claim and receipts.

you people are never satisfied. how about having to do carbon copies of the claim but you could not submit the carbon copy it had to be the original and if they lost the receipts, they were gone photo copies weren't even thought of

Or the CAF could just tender it out to say a Canadian company called Float. I take a picture of the receipt I just generated and fill in about four subsets of information such as taxable or not, what superior charge it goes to and done. Tales literally 1 minute. All electronic and very secure with face recognition for access. Having a secure Company phone also helps.

This thread is definitely taking a sidetrack from Latvia, but there is a trial going on with something very similar to what you're mentioning where the the claimant just uploads all the stuff. Not sure how it's going but folks are thinking the right way anyway
