Its one thing to not mention them, its entirely a different kind of insult to deliberate delete them from a press release. This is AB however and most UCP supporters dont care about anything other then sticking it to the feds

Small update from the G&M.

Yonathan Sumamo, a government spokesperson, said the updated version was “issued in error” and the original, which included mention of First Nations, “stands.”

“We apologize for this error and any confusion that it may have caused,” Mr. Sumamo said in an e-mailed statement.

However...

The revised statement remains on Ms. Smith’s social-media accounts on X and Instagram.

So the original "standing" doesn't really mean a whole lot.
