We could see at is an opportunity. I have long held that we needed to be ready to accept the flow of climactic refugees from the American SW. If we were to build hub and spoke infrastructure in the North that consisted of roads / rail / runways / ports as spokes, and SMRs as the hubs, each of those hubs could support both a data center and a mega scale greenhouse (unlimited water and power, both of which data and ag consume vast quantities of) as well as the people needed to run those enterprises. There is vide with an view from an elevated position down the street, where I can see he probably thought she was trying to run him down because she does strike him wither her vehicle and he seems to slide down the driver side making the shots.
