Clearly, kicking a car deserves ten 9mm rounds pumped into your back.
Not even the same incident.

Nothing in that earlier interaction was relevant to the subsequent interaction from a week or more later where they disarmed him and then two officers pumped ten or eleven rounds into his back.
Gotcha. Only reason anyone is talking about him is because CBP killed him - nothing else he did is particularly remarkable in context - so I figured any comment presumably had some tie to that. Apologies for the error.I agree 100% with your comment. The shooting is not the incident I was commenting on. The convo had shifted around to his actions at the vehicle incident. That is what I was addressing. Nobody said it was relevant.
I haven't been paying much attention to what is going on down there. Including the shooting, so I didn’t comment on it. I'd have to look at it more carefully myself, but I can't be bothered at the moment.

Yeah he should have been arrested and charged with some kind of assault and mischief thing. Lots of ICE agents should be charged too but they seem to be above the law.He didn't just kick a tail light. He spit at the agents. Window up or down, he still left his DNA all over the vehicle. Carrying a firearm while committing a felony, obstruction and more.
So no, Alex appears to have kicked a tail light, isn't an accurate statement. Nor does it convey the seriousness or criminality of his actions.

The goon behavior is counter productive to getting rapists and murders caught and kicked out of the country.
Spitting on a car is not assault.
February 31st, 2026, that's some typo. When the judge quotes the Declaration of Independence and then cites Scripture, it would seem that there may be some overreach by authorities.
Unmarked car, masked men with weapons drawn, not identifying themselves before pointing their weapons at you, no official ID presented to the person, no explanation as to why they are demanding the person to exist the vehicle - wow.Apparently... woman videoing ICE activities is followed and nabbed:

I haven seen Don Lennon's arrest come up here yet... I'm a bit surprised by that.
I had to look up who that was and what happened.I haven seen Don Lennon's arrest come up here yet... I'm a bit surprised by that.
Time will tell on that one. Reading through the indictment he may have crossed beyond what would be an acceptable journalistic presence and actions; I don’t know enough about how their law will apply to say. But it’ll be a tough sell for prosecutors. They had trouble even getting the indictment in the first place, and I’m sure his network will provide skilled lawyers.I had to look up who that was and what happened.
Seems pretty straight forward: he thought himself righteous and in doing so, acted like a dick and violated the FACE act, leading to a justifiable arrest.
Not sure why that would be a topic for more/in-depth discussion. Is there something I'm missing about it Tar?
