average chance for a joe like me.

heres my profile.

i am 20 years old and have a college diploma and an all position welding ticket. i have been in very close contact with my profile manager calling once a week and she has been very helpful with moving my profile through the paces.

basically my question is if you were to say from your experience, what are the chances a guy like me gets a job offer? i 100% understand that it is different for everybody, but i am just generally curious from your experience what the odds for a guy like me are. im still calling and keeping updated but basically i would like to know IF/WHEN i get a job offer if i would be in time for the spring/summer/fall BMQ courses.

Honestly, it all depends on how well you do on your CFAT/TSD tests, nothing more.
