You would think the UK would be the world leader in leakproofing, wiper and demisting technology, but you would be so very wrong....

(To be fair my 2006 Rangerover does all 3 very well, but then there are no Lucas bits in it, just Bosch)

British Army Officers​

"I still remember the Royal Military Academy Sgt Major that I sat next to at a formal dinner night. I was desperate to make conversation with, so I asked if he had any advice for a young officer. He thought for a moment, pointed around the room with its candles, paintings and men and women in uniform, and said ‘this, young Sir is the best of the British Army. The tradition, the pomp, etc… but never forget, it will come at a price’. I remembered those words bitterly covered in my soldiers blood in Iraq. Being a British Army officer is a great and proud privilege, as is leading men - and you are expected, required even to lead - but it does come with a price. Proudest years of my life."
