It occurs to me that nothin is official until it is endorsed by a particular licensed associate notary public.
He’s starting to opine on this trade file:

I think with how quickly it's spread makes it official, both intentionally and unintentionally.

And honestly it's pretty hard not to say it that way verbally once you hear it.

Even my own mother has fallen victim.
