After the latest pay increase, a Cpl Basic, non-spec, is $40/hour, with no degree requirement.

but they should have reached the status of Journeyman/Woman/person. Which is the same ball park of a degree. Thats good money, nothing to laugh at. Hopefully will attract more to the Military.
