A ‘commandy’ effort to manage the ‘develops’ bits created under the VCDS and blend with things that the late CANOSCOM did, that weren’t particularly well done by CJOC after the CanadaCOM-CDFCOM-CANOSCOM mash together. Sprinkle in some ‘less cerebral and fore thinking’ than SJS bits and that sounds about right…. #cynicalview #leplusquecachange
