"The British Army is adding a new deep-strike option around its U.S.-made M270A2 Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) from an artillery unit with Nyan, a jet-powered one-way attack drone displayed alongside the upgraded launcher at DVD 2026. Developed by Callen-Lenz, a BAE Systems company, the weapon gives Royal Artillery units an expendable way to strike targets beyond 250 km without using a higher-value GMLRS, Extended Range GMLRS, or future Precision Strike Missile."

"The British Ministry of Defense has purchased Nyan for Field Army use and identified it for the UK’s deep-fire contribution to Operation Cabrit on NATO’s eastern flank. My current way of thinking is the following:

1. The divisions 2 or 3 close support regiments each come with three gun batteries and a combat support battery which has a) an FSCC/FOOs/JTAC tactical group for each of the supported manoeuvre brigade's battalions/regiments, b) an STA troop with short to medium range radars and MUAVs and c) a troop with short to medium range LM precision strike launchers.

2. The divisional rocket regiment comes with three rocket launcher batteries and a combat support battery which has a) an FSCC/FOOs/JTACs for the divisional cavalry regiment, b) an STA troop with medium to long range radars and SUAVs and c) a troop with medium to long range LM precision strike launchers

3. The divisional pan-domain regiment comes with an intelligence fusion battery, a defensive EW squadron, an offensive EW squadron, and a combat support battery with a) an STA troop with medium to long range radars and SUAVs and b) two medium to long range LM precision strike troop

4. The deep precision strike capability regiment comes with three launcher batteries and a combat support battery which has a) a troop of long range radars and b) two STA troops of TUAVs.

Items 1,2, and 3 are organic to the division. Item 4 is organic to the theatre.
