What I really don't get is the people that are rubbing their hands with glee at the thought of the impending failure of the Carney government.

I voted Conservative in the election. But the last thing I want is for the sitting government (of whatever party) to fail the people of Canada.

So many people looking at the trade announcements and MOU's being announced are saying things like "yeah, but those are just announcements...nothing will actually come from them then Canadians will turn on Carney and then we'll beat him".

It's like they'd rather see the country suffer rather than see their political opponent succeed. Demonstrates the sad state of political discourse these days.

I think you are under estimating the amount damage of and depth of polarization the LPC has done to this country. I also think we underestimate how many people are hold their noses and voting for or throwing their weight behind Carney.

I think this fall you will see the US Gov start to reshape. And I think you will see the end of the beginning of this Canadian Gov.

People will be expecting results from Technocrat Daddy soon.

In any other set of circumstances, that's simply called corruption. Blatant corruption.

Mandatory training for ALL government workers, probably at $80 to $100 a head...

Provided by a company she started up on her own & probably works alone. (Unless there is a huge demand for this kind of training outside of government that I'm just totally unaware of...)
