Need info for screening process...

My hubby is being posted to Cold Lake. But we have to go through the screening process. I'm confused by this, we have the paperwork but I don't know where to start!!

What exactly is this and why is it necessary?? Any help would be great. Like what do I have to do??? ???

The screening is required as Cold Lake is considered isolated or semi-isolated as far as medical services go.  The screening is to make sure that the posting will not have a significant impact on any pre-existing medical conditions as well as checking the requirement for the availability and accessibility of any required health services, including specialist physician services.
