New Army Badge

It is used in the Constitution Act, 1867, which is still in force. Just because it is not regularly used, does not mean that it is not still a legal title.

the Commonwealth Prime Ministers Conference decided to drop the title of Dominion in 1949. That supersedes the 1867 act. Its been moved on from, is no longer in use, and holds 0 meaning legally or culturally.

I wish these guys were a Canadian naval band, although the Franco translation would be uncomfortable.
