Vest - I have a Paraclete RAV -- but the Eagle CIRAS is cheaper and perhaps better (it won the recent SOCOM armour buy)

I cant lend the vest = then someone might make me sign for a Tac Vest - and I'm allergic  ^-^

It'll be about 2 years before I could possibly have any use for a vest like that but best to start the shopping list early.

So far I'm up to about 1000.00 US if I got an EMR and a vest like that. Of course, it's a good investment if I stay in for a while, I guess.. or if I can get a job in private security contracting and need to carry my entire apartment, minus the kitchen sink, with me.

They are in distribution now.   Most reservists who passed through CTC this summer got them, for sure, and I know that a couple of units in 33CBG have received them.
