Question About Senior Royal Navy Rates Aboard Ship

To all those who serve aboard the beautiful ships of the RN, a quick question:  What is the actual position name - if there is one - of the senior rate aboard a warship?  In Canada, such is known as the ship's Coxswain; in America, such is the Command Master Chief Petty Officer.  I looked all up and down the RN website and Google-searched it as well, but couldn't get a clear answer.
