I've been unable to find the thread about recruiting that had links to various recruiting sites. I'm looking for one ad in particular that was for some balkan state's army. It was in english and very well done. One particular part I remember was "some days, you have to drive to (get to?) work" and showing a lot of tanks go cross country.
