Yeah, I was thinking of picking one up, to replace my now illegal Ruger PC Carbine, but I figure it's inevitable it gets banned at some point. Someone probably saw Henry and went "lever gun". That's how mentally deficient that crowd is.

According to the latest news, Trump is interested in redrawing our borders and annexing Southern Ontario. I'm good with the Americans taking Toronto, they can have it.

It is hard to express how disheartening these OIC bans are. It is just so arbitrary and really makes it hard to plan or enjoy the hobby. Yesterday morning there was no indication that those would be banned, today they are prohibited.

I would rather them just change the overall law than OIC bans as at least then it’s clear what is banned or not. Now I have to cross reference a list of over 2000 firearms on top of the standard classification restrictions to figure out what is what.

As long as manufactures continue to make guns that try to satisfy any new laws, they'll continue to confiscate them. They just wait until we all go buy the new approved model. When everyone has the new prohibition rule free firearm, then they'll ban it.

I'm inherently cheap - that's why I liked the Ruger -9mm is fun and inexpensive for plinking, and being as my pistols are predominantly 9mm, the PC Carbine just worked nicely as an adjunct.
