What are “reasonable grounds”?

What are “reasonable grounds”?
Depends how hard they want to push. But I think it would be hard to argue against any of the conditions/groupings I listed being reasonable grounds. The ammo one is by far the weakest. What are “reasonable grounds”?

"We saw your post on army.ca, and have reasonable grounds to believe you may be conceiling a prohibited weapon."CFO:
"I see you have a PAL. I'm going to come in and inspect your compliance to the laws."

Most likely "We saw your posts on CGN and believe you are concealing a prohibited firearm." They will troll there first."We saw your post on army.ca, and have reasonable grounds to believe you may be conceiling a prohibited weapon."

Yeesh. I'm on your side on this bud. Thank you for walking it back.Is this a threat ?
I am a little sensitive, I will walk that back.
After the number of semiautomatics we bought and sold to each other? I should hope soYeesh. I'm on your side on this bud. Thank you for walking it back.
If it is outside of the EE, milsurps section, antiques, or gunsmithing, I basically ignore it’s existence.I find that site very difficult to peruse. I like its EE and some of the stuff in the MILSURP sections, but as much as I can empathize with the situation it can get very vile and combative.
Oh I see what you did there you sly dog you. After the number of semiautomatics we bought and sold to each other? I should hope so
I can't see the government going after gun owners for non compliance until it's an election year. Then watch out.
Why hire retired cops when you can hire cops to do it as a paid duty? That way police departments aren't enforcing it, just their officers doing side gigs -like paid security at a concert. What are the chances the Federales hire a bunch of retired cops and give them the authority to door knock?
We really only differ in that I think some "what's" are worthy of tracking more closely so that more scrutiny can be applied to the "who's" efficientlyAs much as some might think I take extreme stance (mine is more focused on who has access as opposed to what is accessed),
Yes if they actually do this, the vote pinata becomes sterile and unproductive.I can't see the government going after gun owners for non compliance until it's an election year. Then watch out.
