Trump administration 2024-2028

It's the level of outright lying they are happy to resort to. Traditionally Democrats and Republicans alike have played-down, exaggerated, obfuscated, ignored, massaged, or told half-truths. The level of flat faced lies, by both sides, was limited. Now it seems like the Republicans are happy to flat faced lie CONSTANTLY. The worst part is that these aren't even cleverly hidden lies, they are very easy to debunk, but they know their supporters won't do an ounce of due diligence and try to verify then; in fact, the "worse" that the lie makes the Democrats appear, the more likely it is to be believed.
I can assure you that Democrats have also been flat faced lying CONSTANTLY. They don't have a moral advantage.

What a time to be alive.

However it is also pointed out that it might be against the law.

Surely this isnt an allusion to the other set $1.00 coins with faces on the continent right? Right? 😂

At least ours are classy enough to have some cool boats and animals on the other side haha.

Wow, ok here's another one @Brad Sallows. And please, honestly, tell me if I'm wrong.

Mike Johnson held a presser where he held up a placard showing health care spending ad stated:

“You can see the final total there, $192.8 billion of your hard-earned taxpayer dollars that Chuck Schumer and the Democrats want to give back to illegal aliens.”

However, if you look at the placard (who's title reads "The Democrat Continuing Resolution Spends nearly $200 Billion on Healthcare Subsidies for Illegal Immigrants and Other Non-Citizens"), only one of the line items even mentions Illegal Immigrants: Ending Enhanced FMAP for Emergency Care for Illegal Immigrants". This is only $28 Billion. Not $200 Billion. Sure, the PLACARD says this is a list for illegal immigrants and non-citizens, but they put illegal immigrants first and more importantly, Johnson's statement above attributes the entire $200 billion to illegal immigrants.
