The second one is abut US nurses moving to Canada to work in Canadian hospitals.

My wife has family members actively looking into this now. Roughly 1 million Québécois moved to New England from the 1850s to the 1930s. That translates into just under 10million people now in the US who may be eligible - that’s just from the Quebec side of things.

Go and watch a guy on YouTube called ‘The Interesting MD’.
He’s an American MD (Internist), as is his wife, from Tennessee who moved to BC about 4-5yrs ago to practice medicine there. His YouTube channel is a lot about interviewing US MD’s who have recently moved to Canada to practice medicine here and how they are adapting to their new life in Canada. The guy also interviews PS’s from Ontario on the process for a US MD to move to Canada and practice here. This guy is awesome and he’s providing a value service as he’s gone through the process already.
