Tell me how a named company incorporated in - let's say Ontario - is any different from a numbered company when it comes to concealing beneficial ownership? Registration of company officers is part of the accessible corporate record, but you won't see the shareholding ownership until you have access to the company's own books which aren't available to everyone. The law basically states:

As of January 1, 2023, privately-held corporations in Ontario are required to keep their beneficial ownership information, or “individuals with significant control” information, on file and to provide that information when requested by law enforcement, and regulatory and tax authorities.

That's the same for any private company registered in ON, whether numbered or named.

These laws are generally harmonized across Canadian jurisdictions. We don't control Delaware any more than we control Switzerland.

If folks want to be mad at anybody for worrying more about the security of the President, it's the USSS. In motorcades, there is an entire set of procedures, alternates, etc. for 'the package' (limo, security cars, etc.), not the rest of the crowd. There might be other people involved who have their own protected status, but they will not be as high as the President's. People who regularly travel or work with the President, or any other high security Internationally Protected Person, either knows this or should know it. Nobody should be cannon fodder, but anyone who thinks they have the same security value as their principal is mistaken.

A $25 billion 30-year Treasury auction this week ended with yields at 5.216% – the highest since 2001. The auction is the latest sign of investors’ concern over Treasuries and demand for higher compensation to finance our growing national debt.

Despite the record high yield, the 30-year auction saw weaker demand than last month, with a bid-to-cover ratio of 2.39 and primary dealers absorbing 11.5% of the issuance – both pointing to weaker demand than their averages over the past 12 months. The awarded yield was reported as above the prevailing “when-issued” yield, indicating demand was weaker than expected.

Yields on the 30-year Treasury bond surpassed a 19-year record last month and are currently trending above 5.2%. Meanwhile, yields on the 10-year Treasury note have been above 4.6% for nearly the past month, or over 40 basis points above projections from the Congressional Budget Office.

I don't know what is driving this up, coordinated sell job, weaker demand as people sour on the US treasuries, or if AI is sucking up all the capital in the room, but either way, the chickens are starting to come home to roost.

5+ percent yields, for the global reserve currency? with the massive deficits the USA is running, with the massive federal debt?

The USA may have just entered debt spiral territory

She was put on the proxy plane and had just went crazy and got everyone involved with this, and, in fact, then was moved on to the Trump plane because then Trump found out.
