A much better alternative to the LPD 17, especially in terms of cost- the LPD 17 is now sitting at around 800 million USD per copy right now and I understand we coul buy a 3 or 4 ship fleet of these Dutch ships for the same price. The LCAC of the LPD 17 would be a big plus, though.

So...   the author is suggesting the Cyclone as the helo, or 6 Blackhawks.

Why do i have a feeling there are going to be at least 3 new classes of helicopters on the way:
CH148 MHP
CH 148 cargo/utility
Something larger- [chinook or sea dragon]
