Its one thing to play dress up,  and another to go out of your way to hide who you are. Im so far down the rabbit hole I dont think I would be able to seperate the uniform from my skin... in some places I cant.  Just dont create a PR problem and if anything bad happens report it to your CIC...

I know im late to the party on this one,  but I had to comment on how i find it interesting that people not in the military try to dress like they are.  Meanwhile people in the military get in trouble for using civilian kit because it works better.  Tell me you can see the lol factor.

Looks like Im goin to Edmonton with 4 others from the current apprentice course, but we dont have our messages yet so i dont know exactally where in about.

I realise that but if there were enough to make up a course then they would already be here.  they cancled the last 2 courses  and mine only has 12 total  so  it leads me to believe that there cant be that many

Well as it stands now the next course is slated for anglo in late aprl and then a franco in march.  The 5 i was talking about were Eng but im not shure how many french are rotting in PRETC. As for the Aug stuff I dont really know...I only know about what the Pretc buddies are telling me about...

actually as of last week there were only 5 sigs ready to come to kingston.  They have already canceled 2 courses because of lack of sigs to train.  I say let them come. better teaching more time to learn and more sigs for the army.  :salute:

I found that Q-Tips were always pretty good in the Field but i haven't masted how to keep them dry and unbroken... prolly just  a ziplock away....  and gold bond is awesome for  chafage.

I really like the feeling of getting letters too. In St Jean I LOVED going down the stadium seating in front of the PL And getting my letter when only some of us did.  all the guys wanted to read it.  One time i got a REALLY Raunchy one and it shivered me timbers.  lets just don't go into stall...

Yes, I have noticed that too.  I've also noticed that in general Older people have an "understanding" of what we are about and a general respect for the things we give up. The thing I believe may be the reason behind the students and us is Field of mental vision.  Blue collar folks like us...
