As a point, while on course, unless your doing a fitness test you won't be pumping off pushups as fast as you can go. The instructors like to do pushups really slow with nice long pauses in the downward position. It sucks but I know for myself it helped me both mentally and physically.

As a member of the BCD's I can tell you that we are not being disbanded. In fact we are adding a C Squadron in Penticton that could be up and running as early as next September.

In my reserve unit there are a few guys that hadn‘t been paid after 4-5 months. And another unlucky person with the same last name as an old member is still not being paid as all his cheques were being deposited in the other guys account. I would say if you don‘t get paid after a month keep...
