A 34-year-old man is charged with terrorism-related offences following an investigation led by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Federal Policing Integrated National Security Enforcement Team (INSET).

The Greater Toronto Area, INSET - Terrorist Financing Team has been investigating Toronto resident Khalilullah Yousuf since March, 2021. 6 minimum. Then he can apply for parole from I read.

He was sentenced to 12 but I’m not sure what his pre trial custody would be. Unless he gets early parole he’ll serve 2/3 of whatever’s left before statutory release.
