After watching a bit of the Liberal convention, I'm more convinced then ever the LPC under PMMC will make things far worse then they are now.

There was plenty of people spouting off bat shit crazy ideas like that exit tax. We saw similar wild idea at the CPC floor like trying to limit abortion. None of those wild ideas passed there, and they wont here either. It seems clear to me that Carney doesnt care for the radical social left agenda.

One of those oddball policy proposals we see at party conventions, where delegates can basically table anything they want, some partisans and some media may a big deal of it, and it gets voted down and/or utterly ignored by the party’s caucus is when legislating. It’s a nothingburger.

And he's one of the most popular PMs we've seen in a long time.

Imagine having a positive approval rating in every province. A liberal...positive approval in Alberta. Alberta!

Although it's telling that 60 odd percent of conservatives are not happy with him. Just cannot please some people.
