Agreed on the yellow 100%. In spite of him appearing on more MSM than he used to, he still seems to be a bit more ... guarded? stiff? ... than he is on platforms where he's more comfortable.

Perfectly normal for a senior Conservative strategist who got Ford elected with three consecutive majorities to say this:
