I am not sure it is worthwhile to attach ourselves to a nation/company who has minimal/no experience building next generation fighter aircraft and large drones to go alongside them, especially if it would require us to compromise by adopting yesterdays aircraft into a mixed fleet. There is many other better equipped partners to choose from if we are interested in evolving technology and regaining expertise, ones that likely won't come with the same compromises.
