Other than the WO vs Major confusion, I like the Crown>Crown with laurels>Crest symbols for WO>CWO. For my career, the WO was someone who came into a situation and with dignity and grace resolved, unlike many of the snarling, busy Sergeants. The MWO & CWO were also mostly directing from afar and only personally involved either to give kind counsel or directly and sternly discipline you. To me a very different leadership approach as opposed to the Corporal>Master Corporal>Sargent very hands on leadership style.

On a point of privilege though, us sergeants are probably snarling because we saw three troopers defy the laws of physics and break a $30,000 piece of kit, found out a corporal is getting married to a stripper and just got a task from the SSM that needed to be finished 24 mins ago.
