Updated Army Service Dress project

A couple more images that have come out, including a better look at the CWO and officer ranks. CWO rank insignia will have a coloured outline based upon trade. CWOs employed in a non-trade specific capacity will have an outline to match the jacket.

I see Brown dress boots in there......wooo gotta polish a brand new set, please for the love of god can they not put that plastic coating on that we had to strip just to get it to hold a polish?

The new uniform is an aesthetic improvement, but the "this is about tradition" crowd really misrepresent the amount of time that Canada had previously worn that version of British Army uniform as our standardized service dress.

• British model khaki uniform: 1903 to 1968 (65 years)
• CAF Green uniform: 1968 to 2026 (58 years)
