There were poorer farmers, but they were not really consider in the same group. People don't look at the farmer struggling to get by when they form their opinions of farmers in general. Just like we don't look at the honest politicians when we form our opinions of politicians in general.

Correct on the first two. As to the people in top positions expressing their "grave concerns", those are people who couldn't accept the boss gets the final decision.
Hitler and Mussolini also had huge numbers of followers. Does that mean that those two leaders were the best people to lead their respective countries? Numbers of followers means little. Somehow morality seems to be sadly forgotten. Ronald Reagan’s shining city on the hill now seems quite distant.

So Rex Tillerson, John Bolton, John Kelly and many others who had served with distinction in other administrations or in the private sector are all just sore losers and have no ability to assess Trump’s qualifications for the job? Prior to becoming POTUS, Trump screwed people big time in his business dealings. He has lied his way though life. Seriously, QV, how can you justify trusting someone like him in his new job even if a majority of people and the electoral college went in his favour?
