I will argue this is a merely the continuation of the same government, but with a more competent PM. Mind you JT set the "more competence" bar quite low.

You mean a firm whose subsidiaries also provide security for the majority of banks in Canada and is one of the main security companies in the World? A Company that is known globally for its commercial security forces?

Also a company known for:

-unpaid work Issues
-improper meal deductions for employees
-wage and hour violations a
-a lawsuit and settlement for racial discrimination in hiring
-reported shortcomings in training, supervision and working conditions

This is totally irrelevant to the issue at hand they are providing security for a government department not the entrance to Fort Knox.
