Can anyone direct me to any videos on the Navy training? What they do in there? Because I know the Army has some on you tube.

If not, what do Boatswains do in training?

I tried being civil in PMs only to see this thrown up while you were telling me how nice you were going to be?

That title might be misleading, sorry if it is, but is the navy packed with bos'ns like the army is with infantry?

That's the thing. Some people say that that website in never upsated, and some say it is.

Anyways, that's almost not what I was asling, (but thanks), I was asking if the Bos'ns are packed like the infantry, like someone said the infantry is like 110%. I was wondering who packed in terms of % bosns were.

Rank differances?
As a boatswain, as you go up in rank, do you get to do diffrent jobs? Like the army, once they reach a certian rank, they do admin jobs, is it the same for the navy, and specifically the boatswain?

Hopeful has done this before, with several different trades, and still has a whole crap load of trades to go through.

You mentioned opening a can of worms, is that a trade or a specialty course? At what rank do you start opening cans of worms and at what rank do you just do paperwork on which cans have been opened?

With all the questions, maybe Hopeful should look into interrogation technician.

I didn't see that trade on the website ? What is the vision requirement for it ? What score do i need on the CFAT ? How much time away from home ? Can my girlfriend of 6 weeks move with me after week 4 of BMQ ? I would only join this trade if i get the posting i want, however.

Well, my brothers' dogs previous owner's sister knows a guy who saw a Youtube video about it, so I can definitly say, with 100% certainty- Maybe.

I heard you have to wait 2 years to be an interrogation technician, but I am really really good at L.A. Noire, so maybe if they see my skills (and hence, how they can pay bills) they will make an exception.

If not, I will revert to bad grammar and spelling, and tell you about how YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW!

Is it wrong that I read Hopeful's posts as little pick me ups while at work? Always good to get a chuckle in to rid me of my Monday Blues.

As a side note, the mocking of Hopeful's comments aren't filled with enough spelling and grammatical errors to be indicative of his writing.

Im sick of people being rude to people inquiring about the forces on this site. They hide behind there computers and waste there time making smart *** comments just to recieve a few lol's from there fellow "soldiers" also skipping pt and posting on this site. To all the real soldiers who use this site for information and dont care about the childish posts and drama involved in it, i salute myself and you.

Aaaand welcome to the warning system.

Scott Seriously? I use this site all the time. There is so much useful info here, but then so much of this. I finally decided to sign up today after reading this post and the responses many people get from these idiots on here that have posted 16,000 times in their life mostly responding to people asking questions and wanting to become a part of our great forces. There are guys at my unit who have lost limbs, buddies, been away from home the last 4 out of 5 years serving and none with a chip on their shoulder and a sense of entiltlement to something they know nothing about. Yet this site allows a mockery of our forces. Just simply let people ask questions on here. Isnt that what its all about. . Whatever ill probably be blocked now for having an opinion
