Didn't somebody from the Administration say, not that long ago, that the concessions we had made up until that point gained them no love in Washington? Are any more going to be any better? I'm waiting for the 'give' from the US side.

The only give is to cut sectoral tariffs down to the lowest levels in American trading world, but thats not a really big give. And it sets the precedent for CUSMA that tariffs are acceptable.

I mean, if he can get a deal, get it, I guess, but I wouldnt lose sleep if either side decides to continue to duke it out.

I can post a dozen articles where the CBC is critical of the government.

Is there a slant, yes, clearly so. But they also report the NEWS. Hey, Canada's GDP is up. Hey, Canadas GDP is down. Hey, Canada gained 75k jobs. Hey, Canada lost 100k jobs.

I have been looking for weeks, Juno news, Rebel news, Northern perspective, and thanks to fishbone, moose on the loose, not a ONE will post anything about something good happening in Canada. Canada gains 75k jobs. Crickets. Canada posting 3 percent GDP growth? Crickets. Manufacturing is up? Crickets. But Canada slips into recession by 0.1 percent because we imported more gold than usual and its blanket coverage of how it's the end times.

I would be more inclinded to listen to these perspectives if they at least covered the news. If they want to toss a spin on how 3 percent GDP growth is somehow bad or gaining 75k jobs isn't all that it's cracked up to be, I would give it a listen just to see what their perspective is. But no. They absolutely refuse to even cover good news, it doesn't exist in their world.

But prepare for the flood of videos if canada posts job losses of 25 people, the end it near.

You don't rest on your laurels and gloat. You KEEP it up until improvement is not just marginal, but overwhelmingly noticeable. We are not there yet.

We are very far from economic recovery. Ver far. We don't celebrate until we get to the objective.

Or you can look at both sides. If I watch crap like Laura Babcock O show, Rachel Gilmore (who is very anti-Carney now) or the CBC, why can't you watch this "slop" as you call it? How much of what they present is actual facts? Maybe you need to "politically" grow up?

Ignoring bad situations doesn't make them go away.
