Id be very interested to find out where and under what conditions she recieved a "maid pamphlet" given how as a rule one must request access to maid and be approved by doctors before anything happens.

There’s gonna be a narrow overlap of blue collar unionized workers; those in manufacturing/construction industries that also see a lot of union membership to which NDP may appeal. But- I think most of what you’re seeing there is CPC losing a lot to the LPC from the centre to centre right, and the LPC bleeding off a smaller proportion of support on their left flank. Simplistically, LPC are both shifting rightwards and expanding their support from the right under PM Carney. This leaves some of their left wingers disillusioned, and they flee to NDP.
